DBE Graduate Fee – $805.50
10% off the regular fee for DBE Graduates. Can not be used in conjunction with any other discount.
Early-Bird Workshop Fee – $845.00
Member Workshop Fee – $805.50
10% off for all $100 & $250 Annual Members. Can not be used in conjunction with any other discount.
Referral Registration – $795.00
$50 off Early-bird fee for those referred by a BE Alumni. Must be paid in full prior to 21 days before the start of the event.
Taste of BE Discount Participant – $805.50
10% discount for Taste of BE Participants (code required: cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount)

COVID Protocols

To attend this event, all participants, facilitators and staff must be fully vaccinated. The Body Electric School will require you to show proof of vaccination, including vaccination card, photo of vaccination card, or record of vaccination on a medical app, upon arrival at the workshop venue. IF YOU NEGLECT TO BRING PROOF OF VACCINATION TO THE VENUE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT OR STAY ON THE PREMISES. For more information on our policy, click here.

To ensure the safety of everyone, we have incorporated Rapid Testing on arrival at the venue as a protocol. All participants are asked to either:

purchase a Covid Kit prior to arriving at the venue. On arrival your test kit will be used to test your Covid status by a team member (preferred); or
purchase one our our kits for $15 to be performed on you by a team member.

Workshop Fee - Residential

The workshop fee includes the workshop tuition, accommodation and meals. All travel to and from the venue is at the expense of the participant. If this workshop is for you don't let finances be a deterrent. Financial support is available. Apply for a Scholarship. Discounts are available to Members. Join here.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations prior to three (3) weeks in advance will receive a full refund. Alternatively, paid fees can be credited to a future workshop. If you cannot attend the workshop and neglect to communicate the cancellation within three weeks of the workshop starting, or attend the workshop and leave early there is no further refund, credit, or transfer.

Cancellations less than three (3) weeks in advance will receive no refund. However, The Body Electric School will hold your registration as a credit for a future workshop to be used within 6 months. More information on our Cancellation and Refund policy is available here.
