COVID Protocols
To attend this event, all participants, facilitators and staff must meet all COVID Protocols in place for the Body Electric School and the Province this event is held. To ensure you are familiar with these protocols please read below. Further information is available here.
To ensure the safety of everyone, we are requiring all participants to take a rapid Covid test upon arrival at the venue. Thank you for adhering to these protocols as we strive to make the safest container possible for our work.
Important Information for Travelers to Canada from the USA

Information Snapshot
All Travellers into Canada are required to be fully vaccinated. To qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller to Canada, you must:
- have received at least 2 doses of a vaccine accepted for travel, a mix of 2 accepted vaccines
- or at least 1 dose of the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine
- have received your second dose at least 14 calendar days before you enter Canada
Example: if your second dose was anytime on Thursday, July 1, then Thursday, July 15 would be the first day that you meet the 14 day condition.
Please take this seriously and follow the instructions to the letter. We do not want you turned away at the border because you did not follow these required protocols.

Workshop Fee
The Workshop fee includes tuition, meals and accommodation for the duration of the event. All travel to and from the venue is at the expense of the participant. If you need financial support, you can apply for a Scholarship. Discounts are available to Members. Join here.
Accommodation
Accommodation for this event will be in shared accommodation.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
We understand unavoidable circumstances may happen. We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to postpone or transfer a workshop date or offering. Once you are confirmed in a workshop, your payment is non-refundable. If you need to postpone, Body Electric has many workshops, both in-person and online, where you may transfer all or part of your workshop fee according to the following schedule. All percentages will be calculated based on the full workshop price at the time of purchase and do not take into account any applied discounts:
